My name is Aleve. I also go by Ruffian, Mallow, and I don't mind going by the name of any characters I play as in our TTRPG campaigns! In general, Aleve or Ruffian is best! My pronouns are They/Them :)
I'm a writer, artist, and a table top role-play game host! I love to write extended fiction, and publish those works on my other site! I generally play games and listen to music for fun, and recently I got a screen tablet to be able to learn to draw digitally. As far as physical mediums, I paint with acrylic and oil paints. I also love to play instruments; I play guitar, ukulele, and I have several instruments that I plan to learn once I am stable in life. I own a banjo that I bought after selling my cello, which is my long term music goal.
I've been on computers since I was about 6 months old (according to my mom) cause my dad does IT work and would sit me on his lap while he worked. I've always loved computers, and by the time I got to elementary school I was more computer literate than most of the people I knew. It's kind of a blessing and a curse that I've always had computers available to me. Almost all of my friends are people I met because of the internet; I met my fiance online through Minecraft.
As far as my interests and life, I don't really do anything that interesting. I recently graduated and I plan on working in the legal field as a legal assistant/paralegal. I have always had an interest in legal stuff cause I'm a minority. I'm mixed race and a lot of the bullying I received in school was related to being non-traditionally gender conforming. Despite this, I hate legal restriction of rights and if I could I would live in a van or as a vagabond. I don't mostly because my fiance doesn't want to and I'm not rich enough to afford to buy them a house or apartment AND live on the road. Plus I sleep better with them.
